This page explains how users of Vendora Lite can request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to tbanguratitus@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request – Vendora Lite.
Include the email address linked to your Vendora Lite account.

We will review and process valid deletion requests within 7–14 business days.

Data that may be deleted

Account profile information
Email address and account-related details
Product listings and uploaded images
Messages and chat history associated with your account
Saved preferences and favorites

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of our terms. After that retention period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
